Sparrow analyzes your cameras locally, then uses the RTVCP cloud to deliver selected alerts to your inbox.

Cloud email alerts are billed monthly and are separate from your one-time Self-Hosted or Edge purchase.

Is Self-Hosted a subscription?

No. The base software license is a one-time purchase. Cloud email alerts are an optional $9.99/month subscription. Updates and standard email support are included for the first year, with an optional $79/year renewal per machine afterward. Your purchased version keeps working without renewal.

Do I need to buy cameras?

Sparrow is designed to work with compatible existing IP cameras and RTSP streams. Compatibility should be verified before purchasing.

Does the Self-Hosted license include hardware?

No. You provide a system that meets the published CPU, GPU, memory, storage, and operating-system requirements.

How many cameras can I connect?

There is no license-imposed camera limit. Actual capacity depends on your hardware, camera activity, and analysis settings. Each machine requires a separate license.

Can I try Sparrow before purchasing?

Yes. Start a seven-day free trial to confirm camera compatibility and processing performance on your own hardware.

What is the launch price?
